Namibia Drydock & Ship Repair (Pty) Ltd "NAMDOCK", is a world class shipyard operating along the West Coast of Africa. NAMDOCK offers extensive drydock capabilities coupled with exceptional services, well-equipped engineering workshops and an efficient local supplier base. Since its inception in 2006, NAMDOCK has established itself as a highly successful smart partnership between the Namibian government and the private sector. Rolls-Royce, the global power systems company, opened its Marine Service Centre in Walvis Bay, Namibia, which is located in the ship repair yard of NAMDOCK, on the 15th of April 2011.
The yard currently owns and operates three (3) floating drydocks (NAMDOCK I, NAMDOCK II, NAMDOCK III) with up to Panamax Capacity.
