CHI established in December 2016, Shanghai following the integration of COSCO Shipyard Group, COSCO Shipbuilding Industry and China Shipping Industry. The organization is devoted to building China’s leading, world-class shipbuilding and marine engineering enterprise.

CHI has 9 subsidiaries shipyards, five (5) of which are performing ship repairs and are distributed along the South of China (Dalian, Nantong, Shanghai, Zhoushan and Guangdong).
