Yiulian Dockyards (Zhoushan) LTD., former ZESCO, was established in May 5th, 2007. Since April, 2018, it was taken over by China Merchants Industry Group.
 
YLZS is located in Northwestern part of Qushan Island, among Zhoushan Islands in Zhejiang Province. It is located at the intersection of China’s North-South shipping channel and the Golden Waterway of Yangtze River, only 15 sea miles from Yangshan deep water port, the international shipping center in Shanghai.

Covering an area of 879 acre, with coast line of 1892 meters, there are Machinery Workshop, Steel Workshop, Workshop for Chemical Cleaning, Dormitory and other living facilities as well.
